Details
This 1750 Litre bunded oil tank is ideal for locations where space is limited and access is restricted. Its slim design makes ease of installation and provides more flexibility for the tank’s location in and around your property. It offers easy manoeuvrability through doorways and gates.
Manufactured in the UK from tough, UV-resistant polyethylene, this tank has a generous capacity of 1750 litres / 400 gallons. It is used for the safe, secure and environmentally-conscious storage of heating oil.
It is bunded meaning it is designed as a tank within a tank. This offers extra protection for the oil and for the environment around it. The inner tank holds the oil while the outer tank offers leak-protection and holds 110% of the total amount of liquid being stored. In the unlikely event of the inner tank splitting, the outer tank retains the contents and protects the surrounding area from potentially-costly pollution.

Optional Extras:
We offer an optional installation kit, clock gauge and Apollo electronic tank level gauge. The installation kit includes:
- Fuel filter with lever type isolation valve
- Aluminium tank adapter – 1” to 0.5” reducer
- PTFE tape
- Heldite jointing compound
Please note: many OFTEC installers will already have the items contained within the installation kit and therefore we offer these as extras simply to avoid you paying for items that you may not require.
The clock gauge is simple and reliable. It is a clock fuel level gauge that provides a visual guide to the level of the tank and is located with the lockable manhole.
The Apollo electronic gauge is our best-selling tank contents gauge and is considered to be the industry standard remote level gauge. It comprises of a tank-mounted transmitter unit and a plug-in receiver unit.
The transmitter monitors the level of fuel inside the tank and relays this data via a secure, wireless connection to the receiver unit. This conveniently plugs into a standard UK electrical socket.
Please note: this tank is only suitable for above-the-ground, external use only.
