Designed to capture and store liquids in environments where there is insufficient or no mains sewer connection, our range of Waste Holding Tanks are used for collecting effluent discharge, sewage and toilet waste.
The flat “slide under” design and easy portability allows them to be positioned alongside or underneath site accommodation and industry facilities (toilets, catering units, etc) at campsites, festivals, motorway construction sites and other remote locations.
They are fitted with built-in lifting handles for safe lifting, with the tank also featuring forklift slots and sling points as additional methods for manoeuvring the tank from A to B.
The two large 12” waste access hatches (one at either end) give you unhindered access for waste emptying and allow for easy cleaning and sanitising. Two small 5” waste inlet ports are also integrated to allow simple connection to standard 4” waste outlets from toilets / showers / canteens, etc. All access points are supplied with screw on lids to minimise the possibility of any residual waste spilling during transport.
Recycled plastic material is used to construct the tank which positively impacts the environment and helps reduce fuel consumption. It is also UV (ultraviolet) resistant to ensure the plastic will not discolour or degrade following exposure to the sun's UV rays.
Plastic tanks are much lighter than steel tanks and will not corrode, no matter how long they are in use. The upper surfaces are ribbed for strength and sloped so that rainwater won’t accumulate.
When the tanks are empty and not in use, they can be stacked on top of another for compact storage.
The tanks are linkable in two directions (side by side in ‘landscape’ mode, nose to tail in ‘portrait mode) by using one of the optional linking kits. By connecting two or more tanks together, it provides a simple method for extending the period between waste pump outs and increasing the overall volume of waste you capture.
Please Note: This product is NOT designed to be moved, lifted or stacked with liquid content on board.
How To Empty The Tank
Our plastic waste effluent tanks are easier to fully empty than metal tanks. To empty your tank as far as possible, lift and prop up one end so that residual waste flows to the far end before giving it a good clean.
