Details
This GRP one-piece tank is manufactured using the highest quality materials and has been manufactured to comply with the requirements of BS EN 13280 (formerly BS 7491 Parts 1, 2 and 3) and is designed to meet all current United Kingdom water regulations where required. The tank is provided in a standard grey colour (BS 00 A 05) but other colours are available upon request.
The tank comes ready to use, can be easily handled and requires no specialist site installation work. The internal gel coat finish on both the tank and lid ensures that harmful bacteria has no place to grow while the resin and gel coats are pigmented throughout to prevent the ingress of light.
The tank lid is secured by bolts and can be removed to allow access to the inside of the tank. The lid provides structural rigidity and it is highly recommended that it not be removed while the tank is full. This tank includes a 600mm x 600mm square manway access on the lid which can be removed when the tank is full, allowing access for inspection or maintenance.

Pre-Insulation
The side and roof panels are manufactured with an integral Polyurethane foam core which is sandwiched in the centre of the plate laminate and the completed laminate and this will provide a minimum thermal conductance of 0.85 or 0.43 w/m2C. The foam used in the insulation is free from both CFC and HCFC and has an ozone depletion factor of 0.
