I have just placed my order online or over the phone, but I would like to cancel it, what is the process?
Please get in contact with our sales team as soon as possible, as your order may have already been processed and scheduled for deliver / dispatch.
If you order has not yet been processed, we will be able to stop the dispatch and issue a full refund or a credit note as required.
If your order has already been dispatched, we will require the goods back before a refund can be issued. This may require you to refuse the delivery of your order to allow the goods to be returned to us.
We will always try our best to minimise any costs as much as possible, however please be aware that there may be additional fees for returning your order.
