Orders
Each product will have the delivery cost for a single quantity/minimum order quantity displayed on the product page. Some products such as IBCs have a Delivery Cost Calculator which generates an accurate delivery price based on your postcode. For multiple quantities, the delivery cost will be calculated when your chosen products are added to the basket before purchasing. To view your current delivery cost at any time, add your selected products to the basket then view the basket page.
To change an address on your order, please contact our sales team with your order number and they will be able to help. If your order has already been dispatched it may be too late to change the delivery address, however we will try our best to assist in all cases.
To place an order for a large or bulk quantity, please contact us with the product details, quantities, and required delivery address.
For a bespoke quote please provide us with your delivery address and details of the products that you require. We aim to respond to all quote requests within 48 hours.
We happily accept orders from businesses across the UK on a daily basis. Orders can be placed online or over the phone without the need for a credit account, or a pro-forma invoice can be provided if required.
The majority of our products do not require a minimum order quantity, however any that do will have this clearly stated on the product listing prior to purchasing.
We welcome orders from Home and Domestic customers who aren’t affiliated with a business or enterprise.
Upon placing your order you will receive an confirmation order from our sales system to let you know that we have received your order. You will also be presented with an ‘order success’ page after the final checkout stage online. If you haven’t received an order confirmation by email, please check your spam and junk folders in case it has been redirected. If you still are unable to locate an order confirmation email, then please contact our sales team.

Yes, this is a simple process which does not require you to create an account. As a guest customer, you will not be able to save your address details for future orders or view your order history.
