This bunds hard cover is made from high quality 0.6mm powder coated steel with two sliding doors fitted to a central lock. Thanks to the lockable design, the IBCs will remain protected at all times, even when left unattended. Liquids remain untouched by the wrong hands and the owner can be confident that nothing will be damaged.

Manufactured with robust and durable polyethylene and steel, our spill pallet with a hard cover is ideal when IBC's are chosen to be stored outside. The pallet can be used to collect spills from liquids such as chemicals, oils, acids and alkalis, with an internal sump capacity of an impressive 1140 litres.

A forklift can be used to lift the IBC onto the spill pallet with ease, we would recommend facing the IBC tap towards the front of the bund. Forklift channels are located underneath the bund to help to move the pallet from A to B, please ensure that the pallet is only moved when empty and no IBC's or drums are loaded.

The mesh grid deck is compatible with all pallet and drum types including metal and combie. When cleaning the pallet, simply lift the grid and begin the wash out the pallet.

The cover is attached by M8 dome head Allen bolts and nyloc nuts.
