The cover is fitted with hinged doors and retaining catches to hold them open when an IBC is being loaded or unloaded. The doors are lockable, and fitted with a central lock, so your IBC or drums can be left unattended without the risk of it getting damaged or stolen. 

Manufactured with robust and durable medium density polyethylene, our single IBC spill bund with a hard cover can be stored outside all year round. Thanks to the powder coated steel hard cover, the IBC remains protected from harsh weather, so items can be stored away with confidence. 

Designed to hold IBC contents with a maximum weight capacity of 2000kg, our heavy duty spill pallet can comfortably take weight. The quality of the pallet will not decrease, giving the pallet a long life.

The spill pallet is suitable for wooden, plastic, metal, steel or combie pallets. The IBC can be loaded and unloaded by a forklift with ease, see the above image to see a forklift in use. 

This cover is attached to the spill pallet by M8 dome head bolts and nyloc nuts.
