Recommended for long-term use on one IBC - after which it should be disposed of, as they are not designed to be reused after they have been installed. This Aluminium Heating Mat can be quickly installed to heat up fluids and contents inside your container.
It is plugged in with its male kettle plug and is reinforced to carry the whole weight of the liquid in the container due to its positioning in between the IBC tank and pallet.
The heating mat can heat the liquid up to a maximum of 70 degrees and has a built-in safety thermostat to ensure this temperature isn’t exceeded. The pad also comes with safety labels to be attached to the IBC as well as a 10 amp rated power and 3 prong male kettle plug.
Safe for outdoor use, this CE-approved product is waterproof and has an IP54 rating, meaning it is protected against dust ingress sufficient to prevent the heating mat from operating normally.
How Do I Install The IBC Reinforced Aluminium Heating Mat?
To fit this unit you will need to remove the bottle of the IBC first and place it in the cage on the top of the pallet. Then put the bottle of the IBC directly on top of the pad.
