The Starflex Type 2 drinking water hose is manufactured from a high tenacity polyester yarn with a PU coating and a high quality, white synthetic rubber inner lining which has been tested and approved by the German Health Board for use with drinking water.
The hose is flame resistant, oil, fuel and abrasion resistant and has an operation temperature range from -40°C up to +100°C.
The Starflex Type 2 drinking water hose is designed for all fresh water applications including foodstuff industry, filling of fresh water tanks and public water supply

A choice of either light alloy or gunmetal couplings is available. The gunmetal couplings are favoured by marine trades as they offer salt water corrosion resistance and are unaffected by extreme weather conditions.
