Our specialist Koi vats are an ideal option as a breeding tank or temporary holding tank for koi and other fish, with a wide range of uses.

These tanks are often used as quarantine tanks for fish before adding them to an aquarium or pond, preventing the spread of disease and parasites. They can be used for isolating sick fish during treatment. They also make great holding tanks for fish during winter, or when cleaning or repairing a pond / tank. The blue colour and open top makes it great for taking photos of your fish.

The tank is very simple – a PVC top ring, PVC legs, and a flexible PVC liner with an outlet pre-fitted. The tank is delivered packed in a small box and requires assembly. Assembly is very simple and doesn’t require any tools.

A plastic outlet is pre-fitted, allowing you to drain the tank. A roll of PTFE tape is also included, which we recommend wrapping around the outlet / valve connection to create a tight seal.
